ADL Sniper, Ragnarok Origin. One of the most popular build for hunter, also popular class over all in ragnarok.
1. Stats
At level 66 you can max out your AGI then the rest are LUK
❗Tips : You can actually increase your CRIT by collecting Cards.

2. Skills
True Sight is the priority skill to level 10.
For the Wind Walker, it will depend on you, but this is good in pvp.
10 True Sight, 10 Arrow Training, 10 Burst Claw, 5 Wind Walker and 5 Sonic Blast
3. Gears
Weapon
In this stage we are still far away from max ASPD, so this will be the best option.
At this point, this would be your best option. You just need some buff and you will get the right ASPD.
Modification
for the modification, you wan the norma atk dmg.
Double strafe if you have Orc Archer Card in your acce.
Wind Dance skill dmg if you really getting a hard time getting the normal atk dmg.
Enchant

Cards
You can go with any Race or Element Card, and change depends on enemy.
You also go for any of this, for an all around cards. But the racial, elemental or size cards are still better since it is 20% dmg.
What you really want here is the CRIT DMG +10%
Armor / Garments / Shoes
Gears with additional stats are good. DEX and LUK for this three.
Modification
Dex stats is one of the best you can get at this point.
MAX HP + is decent, but MAX HP +% is not good for now since archer class has the lowest HP

Basic Stats would be LUK or MAX HP
Cards
Armor
Just for the stats, you want the DEX and target the lvl 10 awakening in total of DEX +4
Garment
Just for the stats, you want the AGI.
most of the cards for garment is dmg resistance. you can settle for whisper card if you don’t have enough zeny, or any other resistance you need.
Shoes
Just for the stats, you want the AGI. Awaken 2 stars is the target
Matyr and Wild Rose Card is the other option in the more later part.
Headgears / Back
Basically, I am prioritizing stats that benefits hunter. No need to make an effort on this on the early start, you can always get a better one on your free wishing roll.

- ASPD
- ATK/PATK/PDMG
- +DMG to ??? Size
- CRIT
- CRIT DMG
Cards
Headwear
Just for the Agi, this world be the best since their is only a few headwear cards,
For the cheaper suggestion you can go for Cramp Card
Facewear
Goblin Chief Puppet Card would be the best all around both pve and pvp.
The other option you have is Eddga Puppet Card
Mouthwear
No other choice,
You can get this for free in some instance.
Backwear
Deviling puppet card for PVE, and GTB puppet card for PVP.
Accessories
You will never go wrong with any of that, if you have an option, go for critical ring. If none, any thing that is slotted.
Cards
Would go for Zerom, perfect for prioritizing CRIT
2nd option is Orc Archer Card for auto cast DS
I personally don’t like this since DS has a slow animation.

You may want to target getting this

4. Verus Core
Priority Effect you want:
This is the max level for Vesper Cogwheel, you can get higher level in Dimik
5. Feathers
Depends on your budget, but i would like to recommend to always go for Raven’s Hour Set. PVP stats are insane.
Everything here is possible as a F2P player, but if you want to go big, you can go for MIX Light and DARK
You can remove ATK sky, day, DEF night and terra.
6. Pet
I will always go for solo DPS for an ADL build.
Ghost Samurai – Skill is perfect for an ADL sniper.
Divination Cat – Best for ADL sniper, if you are getting a hard time getting the samurai.
Sohee – Pretty good support to boost your ASPD.
